Description
This is a modular air caster system with 4 neoprene air casters and a total capacity of 160.000 kg at 4 bar pressure. Minimum capacity is about 64.000 kg.
It consists of:
- 4 air casters with the dimensions 125 x 125 x 1,1cm that have a maximum capacity of 40.000 kg
- 4 power plates with the dimensions 125 x 125 x 5cm that provide the air supply with 1″ quick couplings
- 4 air caster hoses of 1″ with 1″ quick couplings in either 2×3 with 2×5 m/ 2×5 with 2x7m/ 2×7 with 2×10 m length
- 1 air supply hose of 2″ with 2″ camlock couplings and safety pins in either 10 m/ 20m/ 40m length
- 1 air control unit with 4 air regulators (with embedded manometers), an inlet 2″ camlock coupling and 4 outlet 1″ quick couplings, colour coded
- Optionally you can order a transport case to easily store and move your system
