Description
This is a modular air caster system with 6 neoprene air casters and a total capacity of 72.000 kg at 4 bar pressure. Minimum capacity is about 28.800 kg.
It consists of:
- 6 air casters with the dimensions 70 x 70 x 1,1cm that have a maximum capacity of 12.000 kg
- 6 power plates with the dimensions 70 x 70 x 1,5cm that provide the air supply with 3/4″ quick couplings
- 6 air caster hoses of 3/4″ with 3/4″ quick couplings in either 2×3 with 4×5 m/ 2×5 with 4x7m/ 2×7 with 4×10 m length
- 1 air supply hose of 1 1/2″ with 1 1/2″ camlock couplings and safety pins in either 10 m/ 20m/ 40m length
- 1 air control unit with 6 air regulators (with embedded manometers), an inlet 1 1/2″ camlock coupling and 6 outlet 3/4″ quick couplings, colour coded
- Optionally you can order a transport case to easily store and move your system
